Paramdeep Ghumann and his Wife Nirmal migrated from India over 20 years ago and purchased this property in the very Southern part of the Mornington Peninsula in 1991 initially as a week end retreat. Now Param ( as he is known ) is an inquisitive character and because of his Punjabi background has a very seasoned ( pun intended ) palate and as he points out wine making has been documented in India as far back as 4000 years so his heritage is just about right !
Having said that these wines are wonderfully hand crafted and made with very great care and attention that you would expect for a man with a passion for flavour and taste.
