Dr Will Fraser retired as the Managing Director of Kodak Australia having initially qualified in Chemistry and then added a Diploma in wine technology from Adelaide University . The home vineyard is close to Hanging Rock and was originally a working Clydesdale horse property and is now both a vineyard and a terrific B & B. Fruit is sourced from both the home vineyard as well as from other properties
