Dr Will Fraser retired as the Managing Director of Kodak Australia having initially qualified in Chemistry and then added a Diploma in wine technology from Adelaide University. The home vineyard is close to Hanging Rock and was originally a working Clydesdale horse property and is now both a vineyard and a terrific B & B.
